Where does Sofie and Celine ship?

Right now, we’re shipping within the United States—but as we grow, we will gladly ship your goodies to your international locations.
How long does it take to receive my order? (DOMESTIC)

Shipping can take anywhere from 6-15 days as each piece is made to order. We ship with USPS. How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few days to update.
What if my package was returned to sender?

If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent .
What is your return policy?
- If something does't feel right, email us within 14 days from the time you receive your order (with your name and confirmation number) and we’ll give you a refund or help you find the right piece.
Who do I contact if I haven’t received my order even though my tracking information says it was delivered?

What is gold-filled?

Gold-filled is constructed in two or three layers. The core metal is jewelers’ brass. A gold alloy is then bonded to one or both surfaces of the brass core with heat and pressure.

Unlike plated (aka "dipped") metals, gold-filled is legally required to contain 5% or 1/20 gold by weight. This 5% is then described by the karatage of the gold alloy.

Our gold-filled items are 14k, 18k and 24k gold-filled. 14k gold-filled products are identified as 14/20 gold-filled.
Why we use gold-fill instead of gold plating?

Gold plating is a minuscule layer of solid gold applied to a brass base. The plating does not compose any measurable proportion of the products total weight. It is estimated to be 0.05% or less of the metal product.
- Plated jewelry posed as "gold-filled" is NOT the same thing! Gold filled is better quality, gold plating will wear off rather quickly and expose the brass base product. It does not stand up to heat, water or wear over time.
Care & Cleaning:
- Gold-filled does not de-laminate or peel like plated or "dipped" products nor does it tarnish as readily as silver. To clean gold-filled it is best to wipe with a soft cloth.
- To take best care of your S&C piece unless solid gold, please remove your jewelry while exercising, showering and swimming and do not spray with perfume.
